As a qualified herbalist I wouldn't recommend taking Agnus Castus, without knowing your hormone levels first. Agnus Castus will level the hormone balance in your body and may prove useful in achieving conception, but I would need to take a detailed medical history from you first.
There are many Herbal Medicines you can take to aid conception and you need to keep your options open.
I would strongly recommend seeing a qualified herbalist first before doing anything rash.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and i can tell you that it wont do you any harm and yes, it may improve your chances but these medications can take a while to get into the system so be patient. The best one is Evening primrose, You need FOLIC ACID if you are not producing enough of it then you have a problem getting pregnant, you can get all of these at your health shop. The assistants will advise you on their products. Also relax, stop thinking about it, stress does a lot of damage

If I were trying to conceive, I certainly would NOT put anything into my body unless I knew precisely what effect it might have on me or the foetus. As you had an ectopic pregnancy last year, I'd certainly not risk adding a totally unknown factor into the equation without first speaking your GP.
