Every time she pops into your head think of something that disgusts you and then put your mind on something else. Eventually you will get a bad taste in your mouth any time anyone mentions her name. It really does work. The only problem is if your really gaga about this girl every time you think about her you get a rush of endorphins in your system and that is a little harder to let go of. Just recognize that this could be more a problem of being addicted to the rush you get when you think of her. Do your best to not and good luck to you. This can be tough.
