Which is better? Also, do you need to use toner with both? I prefer face wash as it is quicker to use without messing round with cotton wool pads but is it better for my skin?

Also, any recommendations? I have normal to slightly sensitive skin. If anything, it would sometimes tend to feel a bit dry.

Also - I frequently clean my face with baby lotion and rinse off with water - is that bad?

i use the simple range. cleansing wipes to remove makeup etc, toner and then moisturiser. they come fragrance free and are very good for sensitive skin. i had dry skin and after a few times of using the moisturiser i noticed a difference.

This is absolutely a preference question. I like the bubbles in facial wash... I feel cleaner. Cream cleanser seems to leave a residue. Toner ALWAYS!!!! I perfer Clinique Clarifying Lotion 2, but any will do.... just use it. It gets off any makeup that I missed with the facial wash which prevents blemishes. And always use a moisturizer day and night.

Neutrogena's Deep Clean Cream cleaner twice a day, not toner needed. This stuff is amazing, and it feels great.
