sounds like woodridge is about the equivalent if sunshine is known as scum-shine

maybe similar to logan,but sunshine is only 10 km out of the city and houses are starting to head upwards in price so given some more time i think sunshine will take off,just like yarraville (a close suburb to sunshine) which is now very expensive and a place to be,that scum shine tag may still exist but its not the same as it was 20 years ago.

I just thought I'd let you know that Sunshine is not a very nice suburb of Melbourne. It's known locally as Scum Shine.
