Our high school is offering advance courses for the advance classes for our junior year(next year). I don't think this would have any official record that a collage would be able to see. So this would just be for the pure benefit of it.
The Courses are:

Public Speaking - Writing and preforming different types of speeches.

Advanced Biology - Introduction to botany, zoology, leading to comparative anatomy.

Business Math - Basic accounting principles and applications of math in business.

Art and Design - Elements of design used in architecture, landscaping etc.

Cultural Anthropology/World Religions - Study of culture and religions as factors of moder and historical events.

Research and Documentation - How to annotate research Data, make footnotes, bibliographies etc.

I think the the last one would be the most beneficial as it can be applied in all other subjects. Some life experience would be much appreciated. We would still have a normal curriculum in addition to this.

I would choose public speaking.
It teaches you a skill you would use for the rest of your life, one that is rather hard to master. It gives you confidence, and prepares you for things like interviews.

Most jobs these days involve some form of public speaking. Whether you present ideas or data, speak to staff or present an argument, it's a worthwhile skill to have.

The rest of the subjects are courses which you can and most likely will do anyway.

I think you have the right idea. What you need to be thinking of right now is what will be of most immediate benefit. Research and Documentation will serve you well in college because you will have to write plenty of research papers, even if you don't take any science courses while there. Almost all English courses including literature courses, many history courses and certainly most psychology courses will require you to write documented papers. Be prepared to write your fingers off once you arrive in college. I took one capstone course which combined elements of physics and communication in my senior year which required students to write a short paper for every class meeting plus two major research papers during the course of the semester. Oh, and if you do plan to major in some sort of science, then you will be expected to know or learn how to write papers in the style of most scientific journals.

Each and every subject you've listed below is needed in your College years. You do Business Math if you want to go to Commerce line, you do Art and Design if you're opting for Architecture Engineering, you do Public Speaking for everything, you do Advanced Biology if you want to do M.Sc. of Ph.D. in Biology, you do Cultural if you want to go for Arts line - literature and all, you do Research and Documentation for everything again.
These subjects are not for pure benefit of it, they're for your good, to make your career good from the beginning.
You're lucky my friend that you're having such subjects in High School. When I was studying, no such subject was alive.

depends on what you want to do with your life
if the career you choose forces you to talk to many people i would take the public speaking

if you are going to be any kind of scientist take the advanced bio

buisness math would be good if your going to own a company or be an accountant stuff like that

art and design would be good if you are planning on being any kind of artist: fashion design, interior/exterior design, painter, sculpter...

if you want to take all of them do some your junior year and some your senior year and hope that the choices that you did make were the right ones

I think publc speaking - if you ever had a room full of people and asked them that if they were worried or nervous about speaking in front of others to put their hands up 90% would be afraid. This is one of the most important things you need to learn no matter what you want to do in your life.
