i need a program i can use to burn a cd to mp3 and then to an sd card. please help?

Have you tried NeroStartSmart? It is one of the ever possible best programs for burning different kid of files..By the way, If you don't have it, it's free.
You can download it from: http://www.nero.com
http://www.keygen.us ( Just go to the "N" and you'll see a list of programs, including Nero editions).

If I understand right, you have an audio CD and you want to convert the tracks to MP3 and then transfer those to an SD card.
You need an audio mp3 ripper. I belive iTunes and Windows Media Player can do this so check them out first. There are plenty of free ones availble on the internet, search for MP3 rippers. I use Exact Audio Copy to rip my CDs.
