Try 3 first. then 2 !
1. Download Avg7.5 free and antispy from www.grisoft.com
from your friend's computer. Make a cd copy and run in your
computer.
2. Start/Search/generic WIn32*.*
Locate the folder and
make a copy in My Documents
rename it.
Now delete the original file most likely in
C:/Windows/system32
If this works download the antivirus and
antispy programs given above. .
and check the copied file. and delete
3. Start computer Press F8. Select Safe Mode.
Try System Restore to an earlier date.

Go to http://www.avast.com They have a Virus Scanner on their Home page and use it. AFTER YOU GET RID OF THE VIRUS,
REBOOT
