I want lo lern English to go to Uni here but when I serch for English Language courses I find them so EXPENSIVE.For example in Westminster University IELTS Engish(9weeks)cost 1,315 and English Language for 13 weeks cost 1,840.
Is that normal price,I`m not able to find any cheaper

They are so "expensive" because they are not subsidised by anybody. That is the real cost of education.

I just paid £1000 for a specialist management course that only lasted 2 days and I had to pay my own accommodation and travel on top of that.

So £1315 for 9 weeks or £1840 for 13 weeks is not bad. Work out how much that is per day.

In 2001 I went to Wimbledon School of English. It was very expensive and not that great. Then in 2002 I went to South Thames College in Putney. It was much cheaper and far better.

I recommend you go to your nearest library. Usually they have cheap English classes and if they don't then they will look it up for you and point you in the right direction.
