Yes, first get an arrest warrant from any other EU country, and the moment he gets off the plane (not even through immigration control) he can be arrested and remanded pending extradition. Not sure about the Prime Minister, since I think the Queen is still nominally head of the armed forces. This is relevant since I think you are talking about Bush going on trial for his war crimes?

ok, first off, what would he be put on trial for? i know that he started the iraq "no reason" war and was looking for the WMD (havent found those yet) and sent millions of troops in iraq, iran and afganistan to solve nothing, but seriously, what could you put him on trial for? oh and by the way stormy sky, i know that you were joking, but since im a texan, im offended by that little comment "he will just be sent back to his country {Texas}". 1st, I hope you know that Texas is a STATE just like alllll the other 49 states in the U.S. k? 2nd, bush was born in CONNECTICUT!, he has a RANCH in TEXAS. and 3rd, thats an insult to us texans saying that Texas is pratically hick country...WHICH ITS NOT AT ALL. oh and we dont walk around wearing cowboy boots and the whole blue jean, buttoned down long sleeved shirt outfit thing, we dont live on farms with chickens, pigs, horses, cows, etc.(though some ppl who live in the country do), we dont raise and sell crops for a living either, but most of all, WE DONT TALK LIKE HICKS! 4th, its also an insult by saying that the dumbest man alive lives in Texas...

Has he committed a crime? Some may think so but most will not, so the answer is no.

It is a possibility, but not a probability. It is like diplomatic immunity, he can get away with anything, even murder, and not have to pay for it. He will just be sent back to his country. {Texas.}
