Unfortunately you do not mention your current education qualification. To get Associate Membership of CPA, you can either take it during your Bachelor degree or Masters courses. All universities in Australia offer the Accounting course that will enable you to get the Associate Membership after completing the required subjects.

I dont know why you'd want to do that, I hate accounting its so boring!! But you need english skills first and foremost, just apply with whatever university you want to go to and then they will give you the requirements that they need.
