My first question is Why would you want people to rate you on your photo.
Secondly I would give you about a 7 - the pic looks like an entry photo for a Miss Universe or Miss USA pagent.

well katie I will give you a 6--that pic (if it really is you) makes you seem too high maintainance and like you have low self-esteem because you have to guss it up so much. It makes you look like you are insecure with your real stuff and so you turn to fake worldly things to make you feel better about yourself. Try a more natural look and you will probably get a better response.
