Charting - need advice?

Hey all, this is the first month i am charting along with using Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor. I am on cd 11 and already getting a high from the monitor. My issue is with the temping and charting. it seems that my temperature seems to fluctuate more than usual. I know in the case of last night and this morning, i slept awful and was awake and irriatated before the alarm went off and temped. I think it is actually causing me to stress about this...
1. Does anyone have temperatures that seems to fluctuate more than usual but still are able to see when they ovulate?
2. If the above was true and you became prego, did your temps after O stay up consistently?
3. Any advice on how to not get stressed over temping and charting?Thanks so much!

OK, i have been having the exact same problems with charting BBT. My temp doesn't show the normal dip and spike that it says it is supposed to. I called the dr because i know i am ovulating (i also use OPK's and a saliva scope) The dr says that the amount of time that you sleep, how you slepp and many other things can affect it. I am not putting much stock into it to tell you the truth. I know that people swear by it and I am writing all of the temps down each morning so I can take them to the dr if we end up having a problem but I am going by my saliva scope. my cervical mucus, and using Pre~Seed. Hopefully this will relieve some of your stress to know that you are not alone. Keep charting if that is what your dr wants you to do but I would also look into some other options. I hear great things about the CBE monitor so hopefully you will have luck with that!

Hi if you want to know when you are ovulating then sign up at mymonthlycycles.com its free and easy to use all you have to do is record your periods then it will automatically tell you! It worked for me i got caught the first month trying!!! Good Luck
