I would throw him and all of his stuff out of the house, change the locks, file for divorce and take him for everything I could get. He sounds like a complete loser to me.

The thing about hypothetical situations like this is, it doesn't take into account just how complicated relationships are.
Firstly, could you really describe yourself accurately with one sentence or phrase? Secondly, you have to really think about how you would have caught your 'husband' in bed in the first place.
Ultimately, forgiveness is also a great healer in a relationship and many counseling books have gone into detail about how and why affairs or brief sexual encounters are initiated. These could well be emotional needs or just a deep attraction that is very carnal.
Personally, if I caught my 'husband' in bed with another woman, I'd feel terrible, and would wonder what drew him to her and not to me?
However, if after discussing the event with him I find out he simply doesn't respect me, then I'd cut my losses and move on as quickly as possible.
Sometimes, though, it's not the man who's in bed with the woman, but the woman who's in bed with the man; it's undeniable the lengths some women go to, to get a guy into bed. The cosmetics industry is huge and some women really have perfected the art of seduction.
Answer this honestly, before you judge a man: if a good looking man came your way and showed interest, would you really be able to resist if he was /that good/??

Funnily enough this DID happen to me when I was married to my first husband, I got sent home from work sick and caught him in bed with the 16 year old girl that had been one of our bridesmaids. The first thing that entered my head was "My god she has a big ***" and then I just said to them "I'll be at my mother's when you're done" and walked out. I was pretty shell shocked but no point in freaking out, at that moment I realised that the marriage was over, and there was little point in trying to do anything about it as he had so little respect for me that he brought another woman into my bed. How could I forgive that?

I'm in kind of a weird situation. Divorce coming up very soon. We have been talking and spending a little time together trying to decide exactly what to do . I think that would be just what I would need to see to finaly make me realize that things will never work for us and he will always want to be more single than married. I would of course go off like a rocket on both of them, but I think it would be a good thing in the long run.

I would retain my composure and dignity at all times and simply walk out of the room. The saying that Silence is golden is very true and allows you to plan your strategy without having made any rash accusations/comments or actions. I would then hit him where it hurst - money!!! Men are goverened by power, wealth and status and if you can attack all three then you can reduce him to a shrivelling wreck - So clear the bank account, go on holiday and do a Shirley Valentine!!!!

If husband and wife are facing tough situations in adjusting each other in normal life and this happens then this means that by all means its time to say good bye to your partner because he is no more intrested and satisfied by you.
If apparently both are living okay but accidently this happen then it may be tolerable bcoz what so ever husband said or behaved may be due to unexpected situation and he could not think what to say.....

Obviously thinks nothing of his wife, don't waste anymore time on him.If you can get pictures as this is grounds for divorce, definitely name the other person.
Find someone who will treat you like a person.
If they didn't stop after being caught a bucket of ice cold water then run for cover.

Sorry but he would be out of the door and his bags would follow. Wouldn't say anything to him as i wouldn't lower myself to his standard especially after what he said. It tells you that he is pathetic and is saying hurtful things to distract from the fact that he was caught with someone else so he has to try and make you feel stupid and insignificant. I'd move on and show him that he's not worth it
