my home pregnancy test was negative. the window that showed the test result turned a light blue before the 2 minutes was up then after the 2 minutes, nothing was in the window. is this a true negative? I believe I got pregnant last week about wednesday is it too soon to test?

the turning blue was the test checking if there was no line then you are probably neg. and yes it is way too soon to tell. just wait a few more weeks and re-test.

Honestly, it sounds like there may not be enough accumulated pregnancy hormorne yet, if you are indeed pregnant. I knew something was "off" with my body as soon as I conceived (didn't know I had conceived at the time), and the first test came back negative. The next week I took another one, and still negative. By week 3 I figured I might as well take the third test (considering they came in a pack of three, why not?) and it was a faint positive. So please don't be discouraged. If at first you get a negative, test, test again! P.S. Forget those "faint" lines and just buy a digital- they're worth it.

I agree with the others that maybe you have tested too soon. I would wait a while and take an early test using first morning urine. If you can't wait you can see you dr for a blood test. This can detect as early as 24 hours after implantation. Good Luck

I would wait about another 4-5 weeks cuz it's takes it's time. or you could just go to a doc.
