Avoid them like the plague!! Unless you wanna do a balance transfer - that is the ONLY sensible way to use these - providing its 0%.

I am having good business raltionships with Washington Mutual and Orchard Bank.

never use capital one, they give credit cards to most people though, but there rate is really hihg due to other peoples defaults
