Economics!

Within the available space they need to store all the stuff they have.

It is always better to keep the things in an accessible place if possible otherwise keep them in "not-so-easily-accessible places, rather than not keeping the essential stuff due to space constrains!!

it's usually just used for storage, dog. if everybody was 6'6" they would use it for different products and add another shelf at 7' for storage :)

b/c that is where they put the best stuff and they do not want us to see it b/c they want it to be what there employes get lol
