You should have elaborated more in your question; but If by that you mean sad or unhappy in general, well there is a time when we all are, sometimes because you are or feel lonely (i believe this is one of the main reasons why people feel unhappy because good and fun companionship will always make you forget the problems in this world of stress).

Or they could be something in particular that triggered your sadness but since your question doesnt say much, i wouldn't know but whatever it might be, try and get advice from experienced people.

I hope that sadness leaves you the hell alone.

Because, for whatever reason, you have chosen sadness. Ask yourself what you gain by this choice. Then, when you have come up with an answer, decide what changes to your situation you can make, either mentally or emotionally or physically so that sadness is not a part of your life anymore. Choose to be joyful, and it will come to you. Best wishes.

Try antidepressants such as Prozac or Wellbutrin. They work well on turning sadness into happiness.
