Lol. To do honest analysis, you'll have to read some books.
Afganistan has been invaded more times than any country in the world. Lots of racial mixing there.
Arab population in egypt is from muslim invaders in 600s.
Most of Middle East was Christian including Egypt, Lebanon and Israel at the time of the Muslim expansion. (Shortly after the death of Mohammed).

The effects of war are the same everywhere. Death,Destruction, Chaos, Famine,Disease,Distress. You name it! War is the ultimate sin of humanity and those who are responsible for them will face severe judgement at the final judgement of God. God knows who!
