My dear, human relations are not complex but it is We who make them look complex. It is purely because of EGO & also because we are not satisfied with what we have and the lust for what we dont.
We expect a lot from others even for the smallest favour we have made towards them. This is wrong attitude. The moment we stop expecting IN RETURN (i am not talking about the profits in business or salaries at the month-end), we shall see and feel that there is no problem any more.

The analysis we make differ. Each individual is having his/her own interpretation. Any thing can be taken positively and as also negatively. When we talk of relations, it depends on the way the other party takes the thing. For example, if ruling party announces that a lot of criminals have been caught during their time, opposition will tell that there are more criminals than during their period which is evident from the lot of criminals caught. The interpretation changes from individual to individual and in one individual from time to time. Hence the human relations are so complex. The dynamic changes in mind set up makes the human relations complex.

From primary School to Degree we are being nurtured day in and day out by the teachers/elders and parents in way or the other way. Family customs, happenings in and around ones life. Greediness, selfish motives, etc., pollutes our nervous systems, the faulty nervous system with this virus infected kind, produces inferior thoughts and leads to deeds. Basically, we should refines our nervous system with individual practise of noble principles and balancing the three systems, (Satva, Rajas and Thamo gunas). Human relations are not complex at all. We make them complex by adding question tags at the end of every relation we maintain.

We add a question tag whenever it comes to contribution into the relationship from our sides, and a question tag whenever others don't behave as per expectations. Remove thes tags and things would be quite simple...

Human relationship is complex because we think too much of ourselves. We have a feeling that we are going to walk on this earth for hundreds of years. We are not aware that we are here for a very short duration. This creates selfishness and jealousy which is the root cause of all troubles, making our life miserable.
