if that happen, the baby will get the american nationality or not a must?

CONGRATULATIONS! to you and your wife!
If you are a legal American citizen or a legal resident, your baby will automatically become an American citizen, if your baby is born in the USA
If your a legal american citizen or a legal resident, and your baby is born ABROAD (for example, in Egypt), then your baby will STILL be considered an American citizen. But once your baby is born abroad, you MUST let the nearest American Consulate know about your baby's birth, so that they can consider your baby as American.

I'm not really sure I understand your question. Is your wife in the US right now? Why does she need to bear the baby in the US? If she has her baby in America, the baby is automatically a US citizen. I'm not sure if there are special rules and regulations if your wife isn't already here.

Yup, baby will be american for better and worse.
If you are american the baby is born in Egypt baby might still be considered American.

are you in the USA? are you a permanent resident or citizen? if your a citizen the baby will become a American citizen when its born
