Spybot scanned and found the problem to be Registry Optimizer, what is that?

Do I get a "Registry Optimizer" cleaner, and does this problem make your computer send out too many of the same emails? I am scanning as much as I can, with not much luck yet. Thank you.

Its spyware that scans your registry of visited websites and reports it to another company so that they can send you 'tailored' popups. Get rid of it.
