apply for an authenticated birth certificate at the NAtional Statistics Office (it would take a few hours to process it and another day to claim it) then apply for an NBI certificate at the NBI in Quiapo.(one day processing as long as there are no problems) by the way, are you a filipino?
then have your 4 copies of passport size pictures with you when going to the Department of Foreign Affairs in Pasay. make sure the pictures are clear and of the passport size, if not,you'll have to be back again,coz they'r not gonna accept it. waste of time and money.
bring valid ID's with you- school ID's, driver's license if any as longa as valid and bring as many as you can coz they're gonna check on you.
