ok this may sound like a really stupid question but what do people mean when they talk about practising with the shower head? what is it for, what happens and why do you do it. also how long does it take? please answer in detail not just random answers...thanks

i think you should ask a very close friend, preferably an older one. what that phrase means isn't something that you want a bunch of strangers telling you, especially with all the perverts online. it's something pretty personal.
but if you don't have a friend who you wouldn't be embarassed to ask, why not rent the movie "the 40 year old virgin" there's a scene in it where you would find out your answer!

Well i only know of two answers.
1. Singing into the shower head like a singer or
2. Using the jet from the water to stimulate your clit for pleasure.

They mean singing. They sing to the shower head and it is used as a microphone, it makes you happy when you do it, and it takes as long as you want it. By the time you are done, you are probably shaking in pleasure because of all the excitement.

Get one of those shower heads attached to the hose, that you can hold in your hand and move about your body. Then ... practice with it. You'll figure it out.
