I am living in Germany myself (I am a German national), but what excactly are you looking for? A hotel room? Or, are you moving to Germany? You haven't written any details - and that's why it's really hard to give you an good answer.

why do you ask that? do you wish to go to edinburgh? are you looking for an exchange of houses? You do not explain yourself properly. If you are looking for an exchange go to www.homeexchange.com I have been a member for years and have had 3 successful exchanges and another one planned for New Zealand this year. Best and cheapest way to travel.
