There's many:
Women are more emotional, men are more analytical.
Men are physically stronger, women are more flexible.
Women are more sociable, men are more independant.
Women stay angry for a long time, men get angry in seconds and then it dissappears.
Women are more expressive, men are less.
Men have a much bigger ego than women, which gives them more drive, but at the same time more anger.
Men have better reactions, women are better at multitasking.
Basically stuff that we've evolved to suit our needs over time.

MAN:

that is a very funny question if it is a general question firstly you have not given a complete question. the common and main difference is men cannot conceive a child and females monthly cycle cannot be for men

Men are like earth and women are like sky. Earth is a mass. It is having substance. But sky is ether. You can feel it's presence, but can't hold it. Men can be handled ,but woman... Impossible.
If we look at the horizon, it seems that earth and sky are meeting at far away point. Never. How sky will come-down to earth.

The only reason women exist, is to give birth. Once scientists learn how to do this in the lab, women are pointless and will be eliminated.
