Oracle is a message from a higher power (like a God). Only a specialist can hear the message, and this person (also called an oracle) will pass the message on to priests, who then will interpret it.

And since you are in the Greek section:
I'm afraid the oracle in Delphi disappeared more than 2000 years ago. If you find her, please notify the Greek authorities.
