Well if I was a french policeman (or from any country) and I saw a girl crying, if she was on her own I'd ask her if she needed any help - regardless of what football team she supported.
But I'm guessing you're asking the question because that's not what happened in your experience. Did they ignore her, tell her to go away or arrest her or something?

Before asking , there would be some probabilities , first and most she got lost, second she fell down and hurt her self , third got up set,but the french police man what he will think ?
