Green. Most of god's creation in the early stage was green only. Like Trees, Grass, Food etc.

God doesn't have a favourite colour. God is what people percieve it to be, no actual embodiment so god doesn't actual favourite colour, just like no favourite month or flower.
But it'll be interesting to see how many racist answers you can get, good luck.
