Have you talked to the dr about PCOS? I have never heard of this problem occuring due to having sex. This is a metabolic disorder that can be treated with fertility medication such as clomid and glucose medications. As for your sperm count I would follow the normal low sperm count rules...no tight underwear, no hot shower or baths and no hot tubs. Try to keep them as cool as possible. As for TTC I have heard wonderful things about a lubribant called Pre~seed that is helping people even with low sperm counts to conceive. It is good for the live span and travel of the sperm. You can buy it on the internet. Good Luck and have a talk with the dr about exactly how you two should proceed with conception. Just as s positive side not: Many people with PCOS have beautiful healthy babies!!
