PICK ME, PICK ME :)
Hi, I am Tina> I have dealt with my dad whom was the #1 in the USA, and he passed away. :) (:
Anyway my husband is now the #1, I promise after all these years I have sleep deprivation, now I am just compliant, he thinks he does not snore, 26 years, and my parents 20years, the sound still bothers ME--ALL NIGHT LONG.
So all he needs to do since he tried everything, get his ADNOIDS fixed by the doctor out patient, it clears his nasal passage. He wont go because he is still suffering from a bad surgery. So what can I say, we have had a Cinderella life, and I appreciate him and he me... But I think life is life and If I could not be tolerant, I would just run away again. I tend to say good bye easy. You will make a good decision and pray lot it works if you believe. Roller blade, play the drums...

yeah, my ex was a snorer. Even down the other end of the house I could hear him. I read a story in the paper...the guy snored so they agreed to try making him stop, by putting a tampon up his nose, which the girl did. Anyway he died...he couldn't breath...kinda funny!!
All jokes aside though, your husband should seek help. It can be a serious condition, and people do die from snoring (without using a tampon). They can have numerous sleep apneas and eventually stop breathing. There are specialists now who deal with snoring and they have some new mwthods to stop it. Your husband will feel better too, because if he's snoring he is not sleeping well either
Good luck!!

There are many reasons people snore but it should not be ignored it can be life threatening! Make him go to the doctor and have him checked for sleep aponaea. If left untreated can cause serious and life threatening conditions. Snoring is not a joke, my hubby has been seeing a respitory specialist for about 5 years now to monitor him because he had border line sleep aponaea. If he is in an industry where he is responsible for other peoples lives like bus driver, train driver or operating machinery its not just his life at risk.Take it seriously i know how annoying it is to live with a snorer but if he has sleep aponaea he will need a machine to keep his airways open at night and believe me both of you will benefit.

snorers dont know that they do unless they are told, and they do not choose to snore. May be you also snore and he feels the same way about it.
Always remind yourself that when you marry someone you accept the whole package, bad and good. why worry yourself over something that your husband cant even control himself. Just get him medical help or learn to live with it.

while this may sound extreme, try earplugs. for yourself. they are in the medicine isle in most grocery stores. usually close to the pharmacy. ask your pharamacist. while this may help, sooner or later your husband will suffer from hypertension because of this. please get him to the doctor. it could be something as simpple as his atinoids or a sinus blockage, but in either case the remedy will be in your physcians reach, not yours. please put the pillow down. or you will trade you husband for a woman named Butch for the next twenty something years. good luck!

What you need to do is get a bed on wheels. That way you can wheel him out into the garden, corridor or pavement, whatever takes your fancy.
