Just rephrase the question "is the weaker group got real indepedence & freedom?"

As a pity most of the women falls under this category "weaker group".

Still there are some communities which are carrying human excretas and they are doing it just for winning their bread which fills their family leaving half emptied stomach.

Sorry, i just deviated from the subject.

Most of the women still think that they have achieved independence and they doesn't know that it is a fake one.

Just I am discussing it in Indian Scenario, 33% of consitution should support women is the law and then what about the 77%.

OK in 33% are they allowed to function with their own decision? 33% of women are dominated by 77%.

There are few exceptions. Apart from that still woman community is suffering.

Independence & freedom both are those words which can't be awarded to anyone without it's practical use.It's true that from last 2 decades we had observed the freedom & independence enjoyed by the women,but mind it, it is only for those females who are aware of their right of freedom,they are enjoying it just b'caz they can demand for ti.Those who learnt have got this privilege,but wat about those who are still illiterate,ignorant & got stuck in the hand of their spouse or families.
if we really want 2 give freedom & independence to our mothers,sisters or our spouse ,we should encourage the policy of each one ,teach one.It is good for nothing to ask 4 33% reservation for females in parliament ,instead of the educated females should spread the knowledge & awreness of the same among their conterparts also.
Moreover i think that the it is also neccesary to give independence & freedom to the women of india first of all at her own home,in her family.They are still not allowed to take imporatnt decisions be it regarding their child's education, jobs or their marrieges,they are only expected to do the household works.So my it's being the duty of all the citizens of india that we should respect the dignity of a women & should give independence & freedom to put her views & demands at her home , workplace as well as in this society.

Women do not have real independence & freedom when men want to organise their lives in the way they see fit. Some men think a woman’s life is in the home and that’s all a women should want. Not all women want this. Some women work to feel free. Eevery women is only librated when she does what SHE wants to do, not what the men in her life want her to do. She should be seen as an adult and treated like one. Women who do not want to stay at home and are forced to loose all confidence. When men can’t control, they feel loss of power. Perhaps threatened. As regards to women being physcially weak, which isn't true, try giving birth!

Yes, actally they have got more real independence than men. See ladies favourable marriage laws, property rights in husband's properties even after divorce misused by many if not in large numbers( wife includes divorced wives too according to Hindu marriage act). Dowry law no. 498A is grossly being misused for money making business by many wives on false and fabricated grounds, some samples alredy shown on INDIA TV. Article 509 is easily misused anywhere.

as far as freedom concerned 50% freedom is atained .

THOUGH EVERY THING GOT CHANGE BUT A LIFE OF AN WOMAN HAVN'T CHANGE YET, THEY R STILL NOT INDEPENDENT AT SOME POINT IN INDIA THEY STILL R DEPENDENT.
