Does the USA have the right to attack a country based on talk and no action?

Question

Does Iran really deserve to be destroyed because it said some harsh things? Think of it in terms of criminal law...if someone brags about shooting someone, and is searched and No gun is found he is left alone...when he actually does take his gun out the guy gets arrested.

The same should apply to Iran. Sure they said some mean things..but should millions die because ONE man (who does not control the military) said something mean? Should millions die because we THINK Iran might have nukes? Fact is there is no evidence that Iran is developing nukes

We never felt we had this right until Bush/Cheney. Like the villains in the old movies, they ride into town, shoot up the place, bully the locals, and take over. They have destroyed our reputation around the globe, ignored world opinion, and now ignore the opinion of Congress and the American people. Turning their phrase around on them now, they are either with us, or they are against us. The latter is clearly true.

Do you REALLY believe the US would attack a country because their thug leader says bad things? Then when does the invasion of Venezuela start? The US DOES have the right to attack a country that is funding and promoting terrorism and sending suicide bombers into a neighboring country for the purpose of killing the citizens of that neighboring country. Like Iran is doing, btw..

You are wrongand you are using a bad analogy to support your ideas.If i threaten to go to where you and kill you and your family I would get arrested and sent to jail.Iran have numerously threaten to wipe Isreal of the face of the Earth which is the same as the above example.Following that example.if i threaten you and than buy material that might be used to harm you wouldnt it be fair to say that I would need
to be investiagted and arested rather or not Im plan to use those material to harm you?This
is the sme thing as Iran.They are enriching
Uraniun which can be made into bombs.Whether they are or not doent matter since they have shown intebtion to harm isreal .Im not sayin we should invade buit action needs to be taken.
