I am almost to level 6 . you just answer questions and get a lot of best answers which is 10 points. There is a few thousand points to get to each level .. oh and you dont' ask any questions cause you lose 5 points every time you do.

I'm at level 7 and it took answering a ton of questions over the period of several months to get here...keep at it!!!!

Do not try to make 2 accounts to "cheat" because Yahoo will delete them both.
Just try to answer as many questions, don not ask to many and if you really enjoy it ... in time :) .... you will get to level 7
