generally it depends how thick a person puts it on. we, well I tend to look slightly drained and tired, without make -up.

Some might but people are different then other people one might look good without makeup and the other might look bad without makeup. Yes, from my experience. The heavier the make-up, the more the difference. I have come across so many women who look so different that I cannot recognise them without their make-up. It was pretty embarassing for them. The natural beauty doesn't need make-up to look good, like my girlfriend. Perhaps just a little color lip stick to make one look a little healthier and brighter.
