Really a good question.. Activist needs to show their anger in one way or other. They think that Tamilians should not be entertain within their state. They might be ready to cut their ears after hearing a word in tamil. They are blocking roads, blocking channels and everything. If they are not obey supreme court order or atleast Gandian way to protest, then they are not eligible to hold citizenship of India.
These activities will not bring the solution for cauvery issue. They have to follow legal way to get the rights. I beleive politicians also supports riot in Karnataka.

Cauvery issue is one of the excuses for Kannada fanatics to show their hatred against Tamils. These Kannada fanatics should know that there are lakhs of people from Karnataka who have migrated to Maharashtra in search of bread.
