A friend of mine has used bluelight.ru for years and I guess this is not the first time but it is the longest period of time that he could recall. . Like the transformation from .nu to .ru. I am in Hawaii and it seems to stop in AMS. . but if anyone sees it up again or a replacement please let me know. .

OK new answer - 3:13 HST I visited the site and they have the following explanation . .
Bluelight and Pillreports are experiencing some minor technical difficulties.
We hope to have everything back up within a couple of days.
Yes it sucks but life is like that sometimes.
Use the time off to take up a new hobby, or catch up with old friends in real life.
But don't get too attached because we will be back.

(ANS) Sadly, that happens!! sites go down due to all manner of reasons such as attacks, or because a server crashes. Could be for many other reasons too, like someone didnt pay the hosting company their bill. The company went bust, the telecoms links went down, a cable got cut (dont laugh it happens).
I read that the average life of most websites is only 12months, sites come online & go off line every day.
The site may well come back online if its only a temporary problem like one of the above.
**Also the site in question is in Russia (given the .ru) and so they may not have the same quality of service that we take for granted here. Perhaps the frost got to it :-) TEE HEE.

Hopefully it will be back soon. It has never been down this long before as far as I know.

I was wondering the same thing. Funny thing is try to check out pillreports.com if you know what it is...It's gone as well..strange huh?
