Why can't women do anything with there mouth closed.That is the nature of women but I love um' anyway.[me,]P.S. nice message yesterday, I feel better now.

Good question! I have no idea. I have to have my mouth open or it just doesn't go on right. My daughters EMO boyfriend can put his eyeliner on with his mouth closed, weird huh?

errr .. I do, and I'm a woman...
We debated this some time ago and a friend says opening your mouth (i.e. dropping your lower jaw) helps to tighten your facial skin, making application of all eye makeup much easier.
Seemed the most rational answer to me.

Hahaha...i think we can, but it helps to keep the eye taught, and widen the eye, so mascara goes on properly.
