A ball-peen hammer so I can crush my own skull for answering this question.
Oh, on second thought - I am planning to meet someone off the internet so I will need some rope (20 ft. length) duct tape ( 2 rolls) a pair of leather gloves (preferably black but brown will suffice) some WD-40 (don't ask) a tube of Elmer's glue (don't ask again) a box of Glad garbage bags (for storing the parts) a shovel (for digging a hole) uuummm ... oh yea, some lime (to sprinkle on the - uh, never mind) and some lubricant. ... (Actually, forget the lubricant, I just found some in my trunk) .... Since you're buying.

Safety goggles. I have a theory that if I walk around in public wearing safety goggles but with no obvious project to be working on, people will think something awful is about to happen and flee. Then I'll have Wal-Mart to myself.

a roll of electric fence wire, 20 electrical conductors, duct tape, a yoke, a cattle prod, and 5 fence posts should do the trick.
