I have looked into this before as I wanted to do the same thing a few years ago. There are many muscle groups that you should train to do this including the major muscle groups such as the calves, quads, hamstrings, gluts but you also should work on some minor muscle groups that will assist in jumping such as the abdomials, lower back, shoulders, and the adductor muscles. Goodluck with that.

Not real sure but I think it is the muscles that control ear wiggling.
When people jump, these muscles contract and release many thousands of times per second thereby creating a lift effect much similar to the way birds fly.
A sensible training regime would be 3 sets of 9 wiggles forward, 9 wiggles backward.
Other than that, it might have something to do with the leg muscles.
Good Luck.

15 % calf muscles, 40 % quadriceps, 25 % hamstrings, 5 %abs, 5% arms, 5% back muscles.some good exercises would be to"
> jump rope ( you don't have to use a rope just do mini hops)
>use the leg press in the gym
> stretch alot.
> claf raises
You ganna see alot of articles if you google this topic. Alot of them would tell you to do calf raises and squats.
