actually my yahioo IM is not working n my outgoings are barred n i have to call somebody urgently. Can somebody told me about any site from where i can msg him on his mobile. i'm in Delhi n he is in Mumbai.

option 1 you can try to take others mobile and send a sms.
option 2 you can go to sancharnet website if you are subscribed to them and send a sms from there
option 3 wait for his call
option 4 forget him
option 5 go to mumbai
option 6 pray God

I don't know about Rediff. But if you want to call him on his cell you can do it from any PCO. What's the need for sms and websitses? I'm not sure, but maybe Tata Indicom and Reliance phone booths offer sms facilities too. You don't have to sign up for another service that way.

You can use Rediffmail's Rediff Bol service to send free messages anywhere in India. I think you can send 3 messages at one time.
