Although the planet Mercury's revolution around the sun takes 88 days, it doesn't make you "older" as time itself is a constant unaffected by planetary motion. Therefore, you are still 15 "earth" years old when you are on Earth or on Mercury. To calculate your age in "mercury" years, use the following formula:
365/88 x earth year age
In your case that equates to: 4.147 x 15 = 62.215 mercury years old.

Shark315 is correct. The only thing that I would add for the sake of pure entertainment is that because Mercury moves through space at a higher velocity than the earth, you will experience some miniscule amount of time dilation. A rough estimate would be that every year, you would be about 1 second younger than you would have been if you had stayed on earth.
Again, I point this out simply for the purpose of entertainment. Shark315's answer is generally the correct one.
