Anger management classes will probably help. Of course there is shame after you've lashed out you feel guilty about doing that to your loved ones and friends or strangers. Shows you do indeed have a conscience or at least empathy.
Find someone to help you with your anger and then do it.

Anger is a normal emotional outlet. It is both defensive and offensive way of protecting ones identity.
It is absurd if someone says one has controlled anger or one can control anger.
When one is giving too much importance to his own self, or to the objects of the world outside and people forget anger, emotional outburst or natural.
Beauty of life is in it's emotions. But how fast you come out of it is what matters.
Wipe out the ignorance, Realise the true nature of oneself. Then you will give less importance to yourself and the world around in the process you will not be bothered by the emotions. This happens naturally.

hi how ru i am fine well i think that snobbish behaviour can be controlled by meditation , because when u do meditataion for 15 mins every day u will find ur inner energy is increasing day by day , plus ur confidence will increase if u think deeply before u speak . look u will feel much anger while doing meditation because its tough to concentrate on one thing right, but be cool ok , just close ur room and sit lonely and comfortably and fixed a picture of ur ideal , close ur eyesand try to see ur ideals picture ok , just try as much as u can , after meditation u will find ur mind is relaxing and ur body is having a less weight , it seems like taht but actually ur negative energy is vanishing thats why u will feel relax ,. when u start behaving snobbishingly then count 12345678910 ...... on ur fingers , it may help u to stop quarreeling with others , if this doesnt work then drink two glass of cold water and start telling ur self in mind that COOL DOWN COOL DOWN , it will helps u to remove ur bad behaviour as well as ur temper. but remember one thing dont try to abuse other when u r in temper mood ok , just try to smile sweetly it will also help to solve ur problem . one thing at the end is that theer is no need to feel ashamed , because u rr a human being and no one is perfect in this world but if keep on trying to control ur temper then one day u will be the most sweetest person among ur family , ur friends , and of course in this universe also. so dont be sad or depressed just chill out and try to be happy as much as u cannn . LIFE IS TO LIVE AND LOVE SO WHY TO QUARREL NA RIGHT.BYE

1. Start making a plan for your life and what do you want to achieve.
2. Draw a plan of action for it. Focus on it
3. Take charge of your life and measure your progress.
4. Love yourself unconditionally.
This will generate self confident in you and slowly you will stop getting angry.

this type of people are basically good humans, however, they carry ego too... they also have rigid concepts and less flexible behaviour...
they have to understand that they cannot rectify or reform the world to a fashion of their choice... they should accept that they are normal human beings... and do not have powers to dictate terms to others...
the best way to avoid angry outburst is... DO NOT REACT SPONTANEOUSLY... COUNT 1...2...3...4...5... AND THEN LOOK AT THE PERSON YOU ARE INTERACTING... the things would be better...
keep cool and try it out...

Going to jail for 6 months straightned me right out.....gotta quit letiing thing get on your nerves so much stay away from people who set you off. Be the better man and just walk away when you fell it coming on( dont learn the hard way like me )
