Their commercials say that they have the least dropped calls. But my service literally drops 1/3 of all of my calls. I have tried using different phones with my sim card, I have gotten a new sim card, I have tried standing in different positions in and around my house when making or receiving calls, but nothing works. Cingular is crap.

well if you call customer service they can send what they call is a card push and it has been known to update your card so you can get better reception.. i worked for them for 3 years and when i got those calls i would send the push.. then 24 hrs later they turn the phone off and turn it right back on and it works great if it doesn't call cingular back and they can see if there is an error if there is technicians will fix the tower... you can also ask for credit for the drop calls.. if they say no ask to talk to manager.. works all the time...
