My friend took off running saying she had a turtlehead poking out. I am thinking it has something to do with a girls period, but I don't know. Thats why I am asking you.
What does that mean?

She meant she needed a number 2! The shape of the end of a poo resembles the head of a turtle and if she really needed to go it may have started to come out already hence the expression "turtlehead poking out", hope she made it in time!
