I would choose PS3, the 360 is also good.

Well I've played both and I have to say that the PS3 blows everything out of the water.
The 360 is just another example of Microsoft rushing out a product before it's ready. The level that 360 is at now is the level that PS3 starts at, in other words the 360 has hit it's peak whereas the PS3 has so much more to offer.
I actually prefer the original XBOX to the 360.

PS3 is better than xbox 360 more stuff to do.
Xbox 360 is cheaper so you could get that and a nice tv or wii.

You ask me all games for xbox 360 will be going to ps3 and all ps3 games will be xbox 360. (The best games)
I dont like the xbox 360 controller but i may wait until 07 christmas for ps3 price to cut down (so then i can buy something in the mean time)

Also depends on what games you like RPG games are mostly on the pc.

This is what i am doing ps3 offers more (a new xbox 360 wouldnt come until 09/10) as i like the controll more and there aint going to be alot of games at realse until near the end of the year i will be getting it hopefully half the price its out know then ill be getting the games from US for cheaper.
And as i have some cash left over i could other get a new TV or i can upgrade my computer and get it a great grahpics card so i could play any pc game.
(This way i want get bored and i like RPGs more)

I will tell you first hand I own both the 360 and the PS3. I am not at all impressed with the PS3 at all. I still prefer playing my 360 at every chance I get. There has been way too much hype about the PS3 and it's graphics, there is really no difference that I can clearly see at this point. Keep in mind though that the PS3 disk is capable of sooooo much more than whats available right now. Once the game designers start harnnessing this the PS3 games will eventually out do the 360. For all the 360 owners you all know that the first few games available for the 360 were great as far as graphics go, but look how they have evolved...Look at Gears of War. They actually were able to utilize all it's capabilities in graphics. Ps3 isn't there yet. But eventually they will and once they do, then the graphics will be amazing.

The 360 offers so much more than the PS3 right now. The dashboard feature is one of the best concepts to date. There is nothing better than being able to sign on to the xbox dashboard and download first rate movies, videos and television series from ABC,NBC,Comedy Central and so many others to choose from. Also another great feature is the penny arcade. This penny arcade offers dozens of other games offered for a small fee, 3.00 or so this feature lets you download games such as Doom, Galaga, Pac-Man, Mrs. Pac-Man, Defender, Mortal Combat 3, Dig-Dug, Street Fighter 2 and soooo many more to choose from. The best thing about this feature is after paying the few dollars these games are saved on your hard drive and yours forever.

If those 2 great console are at the same price I'll go for PS3, Xbox 360 is good but if you mean to choose 1 by yourself, go for PS3.

THE PS3 AND HERE'S WHY: The system supports 1080p the 360 only supports the 740p.....It comes with a high def DVD player inside the 360 CHARGES 200$ for there high def DVD player....On line gaming is free, 360 charges 50$ a year which after 4 years you would have paid the same as a PS3's full cost. There are not as many games out for PS3 because it is brand new dumba$$es and to all the ppl who says that it freezes from a person who owns one IT DOES NOT FREEZE EVER!!! So in conclusion after you buy the high def. DVD player and four years of Internet gaming you would have actually paid 200$ more for your 360 than i did for my PS3 thank you

Hello,
If you are searching for Street Fighter 2 you can download it for free here: http://j.mp/1oh9HCN

Super Street Fighter 2 is developed and released by CP System-II. This version works very well with the processors of mobile devices. Its graphics, animations and audio were beautifully enhanced which made it a lot better than the old one.

Definitely the 360
PS3 costs nearly $600, while the Xbox costs about $425 and has better graphics and a wider selection of games so far.

Plus it comes with the basic Xbox Live and Market which you can buy game maps and other downloadable features.

PS3 controllers have stayed the same other than a little curve on the trigger buttons.

Hopefully the prices for the 360 will eventually go down though, I haven't seen a sale or price drop since it came out.

Then of course there's the Wii.
On it's basic menu it's got downloadable games, Wii channels like a basic photo shop, a weather and news channel, Mii channels for personalizing the gaming experience, it comes with fun games all of the family can enjoy, and you can even go online.
Not to mention the new controller design and great new versions of classic games everyone loves.

All of them have backwards play (Xbox is still working on making all the games compatible)

Broken down
Best graphics: Xbox (PS3 takes Hi-Def TV for best graphics)
Lowest price: Wii ($250)
Highest price: PS3 (About $500/$600)
Most unique: Wii (Controllers and gaming style)
Most accessories: Xbox (Most enhance gaming experience but are not necessary and system alone has fine gaming experience without accessories)

All in opinion, of course

"all the xboxs are getting sent back over to Germany to get fixed.
a lot of people have complained about the xbox 360 not working."

That bug was fixed almost a year ago..

I would like to preface this by saying Nolimit54.. is a dumbass MOTHERFUCK!N9 B1TCH!, suck C0CK A55W1PE!! YOU ARE A STUPID SH1FAC3, AND ALL YOUR FACTS ARE BULL5H1T LIES AND B1ASED!!!!
360 supports 1080i,TRUE FACT
PS3 doesnt come with high-def DVD player, its blu-ray! totally different and ps3 doesnt support HD-DVDs! DUH!!!
And the G1MP,nolimit54, said that ps3 gaming is free, guess what wrong again!QUOTE OFF GAMING SITE"Sony has confirmed that the service will be always connected, free and include multiplayer support. However, developers are permitted to charge a subscription fee, as is common with MMO games."
People were saying theres not many games out for the PS3 because it doesnt have as many exclusives like the 360 games, like Gears of War, Saints Row, HALO, etc...

And yes the PS3 does freeze over, well it blinks when you put in new games, its the bluray drives fault not the tvs! ive witnessed mine and my friends do that!

AND D1CKWAD called NOLIMIT54, theres 5 months free trial included in the 360 and for every game u get you get a free month GOLD subscription.

So i have defeated every lie that nolimit said and for more reasons why the 360 is better check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xbox_360

If both consoles were the same price i would go for the PS3

Compare XBox360 1st Gen Games to PS3 First Gen games and it makes the Xbox360 look like a last gen unit.

I know that PS3 game developers say the the current PS3 titles use about 20% of the PS3's overall power. I would love to know how much of the Xbox360's power is used to run games.

The units are roughly the same price anyway if you include the cost of a HD-DVD drive for the 360.
