Chairman, ladies and gentlemen.People should not stay at home in a holiday is better than one overseas.Let me explain four arguments against staying at home.
First,when you keep to go travel abroad for a holiday,you should help travel company run their business smoothly.
The staff is happy when customer participate in travelling overseas.They could not lose their job easy.
Secondly, You could see a beautiful scene. You have eat delicious food in different country.You could enjoy wonderful sunshine on the beach and swimming happier.
Thirdly,understanding different traditional culture is a special action.
Going a special museum show a real treasure of exhibition.
Fourthly, meeting friends with oversea could increase your knowledge and open your mind.If you have large pressure on your study and family,you tell your friends who may have good suggestions.
I hope you will agree that travelling oversea for good choice.

A very good afternoon to the chairman, ladies and gentlemen present today. The topic of the debate today is "It is better for one to go travelling overseas than stay at home during holidays". Let me present four arguments that support my view.
Firstly, when you travel abroad during holidays, you are actually contributing to the travel agencies in order for them to keep their business running. Indirectly, you help secure the employment of the staff working at the agency as they will not lose their jobs when the company is doing well.
Secondly, you will be able to enjoy beautiful scenery and try different delicacies and local cuisine in other countries. Be it sun bathing on the beach or skiing up in the mountains, you will be able to come across a totally unforgetable experience in your life.
Thirdly, you will be exposed to the culture and traditions of the other races in the world.
Lastly, having friends located in other countries of the world will be a good eye-opener as you will also be able to expand your knowledge and contact base all over the world.
Based on the points i have just mentioned, i hope that you will agree that travelling overseas make a good choice for a holiday activity

I take it english is not your first language. In which case it could be worse.
You could bullet the 4 points.
But the speech don't make sense. It is the duty of the travel company to make sure their customer has a good holiday. To say the customer should "help travel company run their business smoothly."
NO NO it's nothing to do with me as a customer.
After that speech i would never travel with that company. And grammar ain't got nothing to do with it ;-)

Sorry - but you need way more help than grammar! It sounds as though you used a phrase book to translate literally. It doesn't make sense and even if you made it into good English it still doesn't work. Sorry - back to the drawing board.
