Things that repeat are a way to get out attention. I would say think what the number 11 means to you or where else it is appearing in your life.
I would also say think back to what you are thinking about at the times that you notice the 11 and see if it is related in some way. There may be a question on your mind and "the universe" may be trying to give you an answer.

Mabey you have a habit of glancing up one time per hour, so its always 11 minutes past? try changing your schedule, go to bed, and get up 10 minutes earlier to see if it makes a difference. Mabey it will then be only 1 minute past the hour, not sure, but worth a try.

We all have built in clocks in out body's. I sometimes get up at night at the same time for multiple nights. Who knows why, but its always that exact time.
When the Northridge quake in 1994 happened at 4:30am, thru out the year I would get up at 4:33 am on my clock many times for no reason. The quake was life moment experiece for me.
