it just bugs me thats all. her style has changed so much, i just feel that all those years of no doubt were a bit fake if her heart really lies with hip hop.

Not really. She's got her own sorta twist on hip hop. As long as she stays away from grills lol, I'm cool.

Her heart lies where the record company tells it to lie. You can see she's not really true rock and roll because she looks after her looks and her body too much, it's all an act, dressing up going on stage performing and then getting changed and probably going to a yoga class. The record company calls the shots and the singers have no say in the matter. No Doubt was good though.

Yes it isd weird, and I also think she just used those guys from No Doubt just to get into music industry and she really wanted to be a solo artist. I never liked her anyway and she is a plastic doll. She is fake. I saw a picture of her holding her baby son and she looked pretty stressed and exhausted (which is laright), but she was still wearing her scarlet lipstick, it was disgusting. She looked like a hooker. And she behaves like a teenage girl, even though she's in her late 30s.

She's just milking the fans, hip hop has all the money so she follows her cheque book to hip hop. Another soulness popster wanting more millions. Fake musicians are 10 a penny, shame really cause she was great

i totally agree. Her music is so different to how it used to be-not that that in itself is bad but to change style is a bit weird especially from punk to hip-hop. Now her music just seems a bit bland to me and unoriginal-she should definitley go back to her old style because she doesn't seem to be doin very well either.

It's called transition, many artists do it Look at major bands like the Beatles, U2, David Bowie, etc... They all changed (mostly with the release of new material). As far as female artists are concerned, trace Madonna through her career, she changed her image every couple of years. I think it's the sign of a good artist and I think Gwen is just that...
