Every person have the same intellectual capacity as others have. But in this world some people are successful and some are unsuccessful. why? The answer to this question lies in the utilisation of the capability of one's intelligence. In my pinion, any one can do miracles if he uses his brain properly. There is one saying that we use our brain up to 1% only. Scientists use 10% of their brain, so they are able to create wonders and are discovering and inventing a lot of things. IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), AQ (Analysation Quotient) are all varying from one person to another person because of variation in utilising their power (intellectual capacity)... And obviously circumstances play a vital role in utilising our intellectual capacitance. So we should be always beside of highly talented people to increase our knowledge. So our elders say to always keep a good company with us. This is said for our growth only...

I will try to put in this way :
The external performance and attitudes vary from person to person - Original inner qualities and capabilities are equal for all - It all depends how we tap and use them
Ofcourse, surroundings, family background, friends etc do have a profound impact the output capacity.
No matter what the performance is like, but if one realises the hidden potency then they can observe a great change in them.
It needs constant observation and power of divine wisdom to unleash the treasures

Yes people do vary intellectually. But some with the greatest intellects are not wise about making real practical choices for their lives. They are "book smart", because they remember well what they learned and read But In real life situations they struggle to live a normal life
Then there are others with less intellect but very wise in applying knowledge to life so that they can live a very comfortable life. And they do not struggle financially.

NO, Everyone is endowed with the same resource. It is only that, one is aware and using it to its full glory and the other is not. When one is not utilizing it does'not mean the individual is not endowed with it.
Our Ignorance about our true nature prevents us from bringing our own resource to all its glory.
We are caught in a vicious cycle wherein every experience we will be Preconditioning ourselves and limiting ourselves. This process over a period of time has only lead us to lose our true identity or unlimited and Pure nature.

I think, brain power is equal in all human beings. More a person with high analytical quotient should be more intelligent. The physical functionality of brain is same. But the way a person uses it makes him/her more intelligent.

I'll mention one of my coworkers. His initials are JH. He's a nice enough guy, but he loves to hear himself talk! Everyday he goes up to the same 4 or 5 people(fortunately I'm not one of them!) and tells them boring stories and corny jokes. He thinks he's funny, and some of my coworkers do to. But I think most of his jokes are boring and corny. Here are some jokes he has said that he thinks are funny- One day he was on top of a ladder and said," I'm climbing the corporate ladder." to a lady walking by. Another day, he said to my friend MC, "let's open this balloon package of a sheep and shear the sheep!". I think you'll have to admit those are boring jokes that JH tells!

Brain function is linked to genetics, equality is a state handed out by social norms. We have control of only the latter.
