I think it's a disgrace in how this judge is running this "dog and pony" show. He said that he was only going to concentrate on who would have the right to her body. I think they have to do a DNA test (which the judge said he wouldn't make a decision on) before they render a decision to the estate and baby. I think Howard should be given responsibility of the body because it makes sense that Anna Nicole would have wanted to be buried next to her son. Her mother seems to be a money-grubber. She shouldn't be buried in TX because she hadn't lived there since she was 15 or 16. Plus they had a bad relationship. The other boyfriend should have no rights to anything, unless he's the Dad.

Technically, it would be the little girl, but since she doesn't have the ability to make decisions yet, then the body will probably go to the mother.

As far as the estate, it will probably go to the girl, but be held by whoever gets the baby until she is old enough to make decisions about it. Of course, to figure out who gets the baby, a DNA test would have to be taken, which hasn't yet happened.
